A new year has begun and we deeply wish for your continued happiness in 2019.

In Japan, Yesterday was the day "Seijin-Shiki", a ceremony for who has turned 20 years old. When we see those young people who take one step to a new beginning with there rights and big hopes..., at the same time, we also ask ourself, "Are we trying hard enough without forgetting our wish?”

What kind of wish were you raised at the beginning of the New Year? ...We? the same wish as when we started, we wish for you "to be healthy".

Food is the basis of life, "the source of life". For customer's satisfaction and health, honoring hand-made and sticking to it, to be responsible for all environment and materials carefully.

昨日は日本では成人式でした。新たな門出へと一歩を踏み出す新成人を見かけると、私も身の引き締まる思いです。
